Well, here you are - at the Dividers section of the premade graphics. Why do people use dividers? Dividers help break up huge blocks of text or sections of a single webpage (like the hot pink bars on this website). Breaking up your webpage into sections will make it more organized, as well as make it easier for your visitors to read, which is what websites are all about, really! Feel free to take one to use on your own website. Oh, yes - and you can find matching buttons and backgrounds for these, as well.
To save a divider, just right click and choose "Save As..." and save to your computer. PS - I don't require links, but a link back is always appreciated.
